Backup Move Coordinator
A Backup Move Coordinator is the support person to the Move Coordinator, and will fill in as required.
Inductions will be conducted with all external contractors at the commencement of the relocation to cover all factors impacting them during the relocation. These will be done prior to coming on site.
Building Management Bookings
There are a number of essential bookings that need to be made through Building Management, ensuring key requirements and information is collected.
The Building Manager is responsible for the loading dock, goods lift and common thoroughfares in and around their building/s, as well as the buildings themselves.
